Public job board

Hiring managers can advertise job openings on their own personal job boards. The public job board within the free applicant tracking system template is beautifully designed, but you still have the freedom to customize how it looks to suit your branding.

You can also use a simple form interface to input selection criteria, job descriptions, required candidate experience, and more.

Public application form

Tied to your public job board, is an application form that allows qualified candidates to submit their credentials and resume. This form is smart enough to know what vacancy the recruit is applying for and makes the process feel seamless. On top of that, you can connect the form to automation, to:

  • Notify you / a colleague when an application is submitted using email templates.
  • Notify the recruit that their application was received and is being processed by the hiring team.

Private admin panel

Included in our free ATS software template, is your own private application admin panel for managing job postings and applications. Within this part of your app, you can track the progress of applicants and how they move through the application process. If you like, you could set up email notifications to notify the candidate of the status of their application - this is easily done, but not in the template.

Alongside the applicant admin panel, is a position admin panel. This part of the app allows you to manage the positions you have advertised and create new ones. The position admin panel is tightly linked to your applicant admin panel and both work together seamlessly.

View the total number of active jobs and applicants you have within your system, and the number of applicants at each stage of the recruitment process.

    • Continuously deploying new website releases increases website costs
    • Website changes are made only by the website team and the process is slow. This new template/application will speed up the process and relieve the website team from these duties.

    • Currently, applicants can apply for jobs, but the process is fragmented. New applications are submitted and sent to a career-specific email address. Send applications straight to a database ensures no applications are missed, and removes additional manual processes, and saves time.
  • Inform the user their application was received
    • Currently, we have to manually email the applicant. Going forward, this should be automated.
  • Keep the applicant informed as they progress through the application process
    • Currently, we have to manually email the applicant. Going forward, this should be automated as they reach different stages of the application process.
